Initially shared with friends and family, their air-dried beef and turkey jerky quickly gained popularity, leading to the creation of a full-time business. Now produced in a dedicated facility, Billy Franks continues to handcraft its snacks in small batches using responsibly sourced British meat and plant-based ingredients, focusing on intense flavours and natural goodness.
