Delivery
- Standard3 to 5 working days
- ExpressOrder by 12pm and it ships the same day
- WeekendOrder before midnight on Friday and it is dispatched Saturday morning
Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship to the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland).
Who do you ship with, and will I get tracking?
Every order is sent tracked, with notifications by SMS and email.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from Wrapt with your tracking link.
Can you deliver on a specific date?
Not yet but we are working on it. You can use our “Don’t open until…” stickers to save the date in the meantime.

Sending it to them
We always recommend that you add your own email address as the purchaser of the gift. You can add a separate delivery address and name at checkout to have the order delivered directly to them. If you want to keep it a total surprise we would also recommend putting your phone number down instead of theirs.
Alcohol & age
Yes we have alcoholic drinks in some of our gifts.
Buyers must be over the age of 18 and buying for someone over the age of 18. By purchasing alcohol you verify that the recipient is over the age of 18.
Our delivery drivers follow a “Challenge 25” policy. If the person they hand the parcel to appears under 25 they will ask to see some ID.
Yes we do. We have specific Ready-To-Go boxes with vegan and alcohol-free options, as well as choices within our Build Your Own range.
What’s in the box
Every Wrapt gift comes in one of our signature keepsake boxes, carefully packed to protect all the goodies inside.
You can choose to add a special touch with a personal message, photo, and even a song to set the mood.
We print the photo out and include it in the box. Once your item has been safely delivered we dispose of your photo in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our product selections are only available as part of our Ready-To-Go and BYO gift boxes.
Bulk & corporate
Bulk discounts, bespoke orders for special events and corporate gifting all start the same way — email us and we will take it from there. We have lots of experience planning events and we’d love to hear more about your needs.
