Currently we only ship to the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland).

Standard delivery takes up to 5 business days to the UK.

Express delivery in 2 business days is also available.

We also offer weekend delivery for England, Scotland and Wales for orders placed by 5pm on Thursdays.

We use Royal Mail Tracked parcel delivery which includes tracking and notifications via SMS and Email.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from Wrapt with your Royal Mail tracking info.

We always recommend that you add your own email address as the purchaser of the gift. You can add a separate delivery address and name at checkout to have the order delivered directly to them. If you want to keep it a total surprise we would also recommend putting your phone number down instead of theirs.

Not yet but we are working on it. You can use our "Don't open until..." stickers to save the date in the meantime.

A Wrapt Moment is a carefully curated gift box with a collection of products designed to deliver a particular moment of joy to someone.

The great thing about our our core range of moments is that they work whatever the occasion. Each one allows for some elements of customisation through the product selections and additional magic creating a truly original and deeply personal gift. We don’t dictate what should be gifted on someone’s birthday. We leave it up to you.

Glad you asked. We have put lots of thought into carefully curating each moment and its important to us that the products we include are of the highest quality and from brands with the same values as us.

Where possible we prioritise small UK owned brands that focus on sustainability and inclusivity.

Yes absolutely. In most of our Wrapt moment we offer alternative options to suit different dietary requirement. You can search for products by dietary requirement on our Product Page here

Our product selections are only available as part of our carefully curated Wrapt Moments.

This is our extra little bit of joy we offer in each box. We include a polaroid of a photo from you which directs the recipient to a secret digital message when they open the box. Feel free to be as bold as you like with the message. Only they can see it.

A magician never reveals their secret. All we need from you is a song, a message and a photo. Leave the rest to us.

Once you have selected which moment you want to gift you will be taken to a build a box app. Here you will be guided to customise the box for that moment. On the last step you can upload a photo.

Not at all. The song, message and photo are all optional.

We print the photo out and include it in the box. Once your item has been safely delivered we dispose of your photo in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Yes we have alcoholic drinks in some of our Moments.

Buyers must be over the age of 18 and buying for someone over the age of 18. By purchasing alcohol you verify that the recipient is over the age of 18.

Our delivery drivers follow a "Challenge 25" policy. If the person they hand the parcel to appears under 25 they will ask to see some ID.
