DELIVERIES

  • Currently we only ship to the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland).

  • Standard delivery takes up to 5 business days to the UK.

    Express delivery in 2 business days is also available.

    We also offer weekend delivery for England, Scotland and Wales for orders placed by 5pm on Thursdays.

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked parcel delivery which includes tracking and notifications via SMS and Email.

  • Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from Wrapt with your Royal Mail tracking info.

  • We always recommend that you add your own email address as the purchaser of the gift. You can add a separate delivery address and name at checkout to have the order delivered directly to them. If you want to keep it a total surprise we would also recommend putting your phone number down instead of theirs.

  • Not yet but we are working on it. You can use our "Don't open until…" stickers to save the date in the meantime.

BRAND & PRODUCTS

  • Yes we do. We have specific Ready-To-Go boxes with vegan and alcohol-free options, as well as choices within our Build Your Own range.

  • Yes we have alcoholic drinks in some of our gifts.

  • Buyers must be over the age of 18 and buying for someone over the age of 18. By purchasing alcohol you verify that the recipient is over the age of 18.

  • Our delivery drivers follow a "Challenge 25" policy. If the person they hand the parcel to appears under 25 they will ask to see some ID.

  • Our product selections are only available as part of our Ready-To-Go and BYO gift boxes.

  • Every Wrapt gift comes in one of our signature keepsake boxes, carefully packed to protect all the goodies inside.

    You can choose to add a special touch with a personal message, photo, and even a song to set the mood.

  • We print the photo out and include it in the box. Once your item has been safely delivered we dispose of your photo in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
