Questions, answered

Can you send a birthday gift box directly to them?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we'll send it gift-wrapped, with no prices inside. Order Express before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day.

Can I add a birthday message?

Yes. We handwrite your message and pop it in the box, and you can add a printed photo too.

What's in a birthday hamper for her?

Whatever she's into. Our pamper, foodie and cocktail boxes are good places to start, or build your own and choose every item.

Can I choose when it arrives?

We can't guarantee a delivery date, but add our Save the Date sticker and we'll aim to deliver as close to that date as possible. The sticker tells them not to open it until their birthday.

Do any of these boxes contain alcohol?

Some do, and the box's page says so. Boxes with alcohol are for over-18s only: by ordering one, you confirm that you and the person you're sending it to are both 18 or over. Buying for someone younger? Pick a box without alcohol, or build your own.
