What's the minimum order?
No minimum! Whether it's 5 boxes or 500, we've got you covered.
How much notice do you need?
Around 2 weeks for most orders. Bigger orders or customised elements might need a little longer — get in touch and we'll work it out together.
Can we add our logo or a printed insert?
Yes! With the right lead time we can offer customised branded stickers, plus handwritten cards or printed inserts for every box.
Can we add our own merch into the box?
Yes! Send it our way (or we'll arrange collection) and we'll curate it into your boxes alongside everything else.
Can you send to individual home addresses?
Yes, we can post straight to each recipient's home or work address. Just send us the list.
What are your payment terms?
We invoice on 14-day payment terms, sent upon shipment. For larger orders with customised elements, we may ask for a deposit to secure your order.
Are there vegan and alcohol-free boxes?
Yes, we've got vegan and alcohol-free options. Let us know when you get in touch and we'll point you to the right box.
Will it fit through the letterbox?
No - the boxes are too deep for a letterbox, so someone needs to be in.
