Questions, answered

When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?

Express takes 1 to 2 working days and ships the same day if you order before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Standard takes 3 to 5 working days. Our last order date for Christmas delivery is Friday 18 December.

Can you send a Christmas gift box straight to someone?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we'll send it gift-wrapped, with no prices inside. Order Express before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day. Add a printed photo and it goes in with your handwritten note.

Can I order Christmas gift boxes for my whole team?

Yes. Set the quantity at checkout for a handful, or get in touch through our corporate gifting page if you need 10 or more.

What if it arrives before Christmas Day?

Add our Save the Date sticker and they'll know to keep it shut until the day. We can't promise delivery on a specific date, so it's better to order early and let it wait under the tree.

Do any of these boxes contain alcohol?

Some do, and the box's page says so. Boxes with alcohol are for over-18s only: by ordering one, you confirm that you and the person you're sending it to are both 18 or over. Buying for someone younger? Pick a box without alcohol, or build your own.
