Questions, answered

What's a good thank you gift?

Something they'll actually use and wouldn't buy for themselves: good snacks, a candle, something to pour. A thank you gift box puts a few of those together, so you don't have to guess one perfect thing.

Can I send a thank you gift by post?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we'll send it gift-wrapped, with no prices inside. Order Express before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. We handwrite your message and pop it in the box, and you can add a printed photo too.

Can I send thank you gifts to a whole team?

Yes. Set the quantity at checkout for a few boxes, or talk to us through our corporate gifting page for 10 or more.

Do any of these boxes contain alcohol?

Some do, and the box's page says so. Boxes with alcohol are for over-18s only: by ordering one, you confirm that you and the person you're sending it to are both 18 or over. Buying for someone younger? Pick a box without alcohol, or build your own.
