Returns policy

Things go wrong from time to time. It happens. But don’t worry we’re here to help. We want you and your giftee to have the best experience possible.

Cancellations & Changes: If you need to cancel or make changes to the order you can do this up to the point of dispatch (usually between 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed). If the order has been shipped then it will not be possible to change or cancel the order.

Problems with delivery: If anything goes wrong with your delivery (e.g. it gets damaged, lost in our couriers' network, etc.), then just let us know via email at hello@wraptgifts.com and we'll get on the case ASAP to help.

Exchanges: unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for another Moment or part exchanges for some of the items in the Moments.

Returns: On the off chance your recipient doesn’t like their gift we are happy to offer a full refund providing you let us know within 14 days of the item being delivered. They will then have 14 days to send the full gift box and all products still in their packaging back to our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot issue a partial refund if some of the items have been opened. Please contact us first at hello@wraptgifts.com
