📦 Shipping Information

We currently ship within the UK only — sorry, no international deliveries just yet (we’re working on it!).

All Wrapt orders are sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight of your parcel. You can choose from two delivery options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping – processed within 2 business days and usually arrives within 3 business days.

• Express Shipping – sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours for next day delivery. If you purchase Express Shipping before 12pm, your order will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

💌 Delivery Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly, especially during busy periods (like Christmas, or when everyone’s panic-ordering gifts).
  

• Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly — once it’s shipped, we can’t change it. If you need us to change the address before its shipped then reach out via the chat or email us at hello@wraptigfts.com with your order number. 

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

• We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date therefore we always recommend ordering a bit earlier and using our “Save the Date” sticker option to keep the surprise alive until the required date. Better for them to have it a few days earlier and stare at it in anticipation instead of missing the big day altogether.
  

• If you’ve ran out of time and need your gift to arrive on a Saturday, Sunday or you need a gift ASAP, please contact us before you place your order and we’ll do what we can to help.
