Delivery info

We currently only ship to UK residential addresses (no PO Boxes, military addresses, schools, hospitals etc.)

We use a combination of Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours and DPD. 

For UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland, Wales):

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days
• Standard delivery costs £4.99 and takes 1 additional business day
• Overall the total delivery time from when the order is placed is 2-3 business days
• Weekend deliveries are available for £9.99 if the order is placed before 10am on Friday. This guarantees delivery over the weekend (however we cannot control whether the item will be delivered on the Saturday or the Sunday)

For Northern Ireland addresses:

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days
• Standard delivery costs £9.99 and takes 2 additional business days
• Overall the total delivery time from when the order is placed is 3-4 business days

 Delivery Updates:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Wrapt with your tracking number.
• Once your order has been handed over to DPD/Royal Mail you will be able to track it and manage it via their portal using the tracking number provided.

Save the date: 

• We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date therefore we always recommend ordering a bit earlier and using our “Keep Wrapt Until” sticker option to keep the surprise alive until the required date.
• Better for them to have it a few days earlier and stare at it in anticipation instead of missing the big day altogether.

 

We currently do not deliver outside the UK.
