About the Brands
Nalo was started by Divya, a pharmacist who couldn't find a snack that was good for her and actually tasty. So she started roasting her own in her London kitchen, drawing on her Indian heritage and fiddling with every recipe for months before it's allowed out. The motto is 'raising the bar snack', and a fair few top hotels and members' clubs seem to agree.
