A sparkling orange wine from Penedès in Spain. Parellada grapes spend seven days on their skins, then finish fermenting in the bottle, which is where the bubbles come from. Bright, juicy and a little bit peach iced tea, with none of the seriousness orange wine usually gets accused of. For the friend who always orders the thing they haven't tried yet. Beautifully wrapt and ready to gift.
